Type of Construction

Macao Tropical Village® is built with the system patented by Veerhouse Voda®,  which consists of the combination of steel structures designed and combined with expanded polystyrene (EPS), as well as special mortars; to provide high-quality structures, which consume up to 70% less energy in air conditioning costs, as well as blocking harmful ultraviolet rays.

Macao Tropical Village Location

The location selected for this wonderful project is located midway between the Punta Cana International Airport and the well-known hotel area of Uvero Alto, which is why it has been a popular escape from the developed area of Bávaro

Hotel and community development is moving northwest from Punta Cana, taking advantage of pristine areas.

Macao Tropical Village® is located 2 minutes from the Eastern Highway, as well as a fuel station.

A few meters north of Macao Tropical Village®, is the newly built Dreams Hotel (Belonging to the luxurious Hyatt chain). Less than 3 minutes north is the huge and stunning Macao Beach. One end of the beach is a long-time surfer’s delight, and the other end of the beach (closer to Macao Tropical Village®) has calmer waters, restaurants and relaxation.

If we move a few minutes to the East, we find: Shopping Centers, Supermarkets, Medical Center (Hospital), Fuel Stations, Night Entertainment Places such as Coco Bongo, Imagine (Disco in a cave), among others.

In this area of Macao are being implemented community planning and sustainability measures, which will protect the environment of the physical and social areas, as well as maintain economic value. This area is the current golden zone of Punta Cana.
